Message	with Fuel pump Relay disconnected,,,, key on IGN on, I apply 12v from battery to the connector (orange wire) and the fuel pump buzzes faintly and runs....... I also indeed DO HAVE power at the relay (from fusible link) white/black wires at fuel pump relay.
